I seem to have misplaced my notes from this triathlon.

The swim was uneventful. T1 was painfully slow, as I could not get my suit off. Next year, I'll let the helpers do it.

I have no memory of the bike, and can't figure out why I lost so much time there.

The run started slowly, but was able to pick up the pace for a great finish.
